RouteMagnet is a B2B SaaS platform for service centers, garages and dealerships to create pickup and drop jobs, assign drivers, track trips, inspect vehicles and view reports. Optional staffing (drivers or assigners) may be offered separately and is not part of the core software licence unless we confirm it in writing.

You must provide accurate organisation details and keep login credentials confidential. Each service center is responsible for the people it invites (operators, assigners and drivers) and for activity under its account. Notify support@routemagnet.com at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

You own the job, vehicle, customer and inspection records you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that data only to operate the product for you. You confirm you have the right to upload customer phone numbers, addresses and vehicle details and to send them transactional SMS or tracking links.

You must not upload unlawful content, scrape the service, probe other tenants’ data, or use the platform to spam.

• Use RouteMagnet only for legitimate vehicle pickup and drop operations.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or white-label the software without a written agreement.
• Do not interfere with maps, GPS, billing, or other customers’ workspaces.
• Comply with motor, labour and telecom rules that apply to your garage or drivers.

Paid plans, job credits and wallet top-ups are billed as shown in your workspace or order form. Unused credits and fees are handled according to the plan in force. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices after notice.

We aim to keep the cloud service available and to maintain reasonable backups. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (maps, SMS, hosting) or events beyond our control may cause interruption. The software is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that live tracking or notifications will be uninterrupted or error-free.

RouteMagnet is an operations tool. We are not a transporter, insurer or garage. We are not liable for vehicle damage, missed pickups, driver conduct, or losses caused by data you entered incorrectly. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for a claim relating to the software is limited to the fees you paid us for the product in the three months before the claim.

The RouteMagnet name, software, dashboards and documentation remain the property of RouteMagnet Solutions PVT LTD. A subscription is a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your business during the term. It is not a sale of the software.

Either party may stop the subscription as allowed by the plan or order form. We may suspend or terminate immediately for unpaid fees, abuse, or legal risk. After termination we may delete or export workspace data according to the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra (Narhe, Pune 411041) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
