RouteMagnet Solutions is a cloud SaaS product operated by RouteMagnet Solutions PVT LTD, based in Narhe, Pune 411041, India.

We process data for two groups. Service-center accounts (managers, operators, assigners and drivers) create logins with us. End customers of those service centers may appear in jobs (name, phone, address, vehicle details) because the garage entered that information to run pickup and drop.

For customer and vehicle records that a service center uploads, the service center is the data fiduciary. RouteMagnet processes that data to provide the software they subscribed to.

• Account details: name, email, phone, username, role and service center profile.
• Operations data: jobs, drivers, vehicles, workshops, time slots, inspection photos, odometer readings and handover records.
• Location: live GPS from the driver app while a trip is active, so managers and (where enabled) customers can track the vehicle.
• Customer contact details supplied by the service center for SMS, tracking links or handover OTP.
• Device and usage data: app or browser type, IP address, login timestamps and crash or error logs needed to keep the service running.
• Billing data: wallet balance, job credits and invoices associated with the service-center account. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• Create and manage accounts, jobs, dispatch and inspections.
• Show live tracking maps and job status to authorised users.
• Send transactional email, SMS or push notifications that the service center enables (job updates, OTP, tracking links).
• Bill the subscription or per-job wallet and prevent misuse.
• Secure the platform, debug issues and improve the product.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal or regulatory duties in India.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer job data to advertise unrelated third-party products.

The marketing website uses only what is needed to load pages. The signed-in product stores an access token and basic profile in the browser so you stay logged in. Clearing site data signs you out.

We use infrastructure and messaging partners to host the app, store files (such as inspection photos), send email or SMS, and deliver push notifications. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide those services.

Account and job records are kept while the service-center subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so reports and legal records remain available. Tracking links expire. You may ask us to delete or export account data; we may retain a limited copy where Indian law requires it (for example tax or dispute records).

Under applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) you may request access, correction, erasure, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Service-center users should contact their administrator first for data the garage controls. End customers should contact the service center that created the job; we will help that business honour a valid request.

We use access control, encryption in transit and role-based permissions. No method of transmission is completely secure. The product is built for businesses, not for children under 18.

We may update this policy when the product or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of RouteMagnet after an update means you accept the revised policy.
